I'm Ilona, a passionate dog groomer who believes every dog deserves to feel comfortable, cared for, and looking their very best. I take pride in creating a calm and positive grooming experience, taking the time to understand each dog's individual personality and needs.
Whether it's a full groom, a tidy-up, or simply some well-deserved pampering, I treat every dog with patience, kindness, and plenty of care. Building trust with both dogs and their owners is incredibly important to me, and I always aim to make every visit a happy one.
For me, dog grooming is more than just a job. It's about caring for the dogs I work with and helping them leave feeling fresh, confident, and loved.
Karla
I'm Karla, and caring for dogs has always been a huge part of what I love to do. With a background in veterinary care, I have a strong understanding of dogs' health, wellbeing, and individual needs, which I bring with me into every grooming appointment.
I believe grooming should be a positive and enjoyable experience for every dog. I take the time to get to know each dog, making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for from the moment they arrive. Whether they're confident and playful or a little nervous, I always work at their pace with plenty of patience, kindness, and cuddles along the way!
There's nothing better than seeing a happy dog leave looking and feeling their best. Building a trusting relationship with the dogs I groom, and with their owners, is something I truly value, and I feel very lucky to be able to combine my love of dogs with my veterinary experience every day.
